COMING SOON! You can't get a much more exciting sailing experience than this super light ultra multihull. At speed the tri literally smokes as a fine mist of water droplets comes off the hulls as they knife through the water surface. Tested and sailed in winds up to 18 mph this boat could not be flipped no matter how hard we tried. That is stable and that is what you want in a multihull! The T50 RC Tri comes as a kit that includes everything you need for building except batteries paint and varnish. The full power radio control gear includes a sail winch to control the sails and a standard servo to control the powerful balanced rudder. Two separate rigs are provided one for heavy air and one for light air. The kit is designed so that anyone can be succesful in building the boat however this kit is more involved than our smaller boats and so we rate the kit advanced. The three hulls are made of 1/16th inch mahogany plywood assembled with a marine epoxy which is very strong and easy to work with. A note on multihulls: tacking is always more difficult with any multihull but jibing around works fine. The entire boat including the three hulls comes apart in just about three minutes so the boat transports easily. Move up to pure speed when you add this stunning boat to your fleet!
